City Link did not attend on the scheduled day to collect the parcel, so I took it to their depot. They had only recently moved depots.

until now my parcel has not been delivered I paid for it to be delivered to the receiver not for her to go and collect and pay for it

Got a msg saying I'd 'missed' my collection (we're an office so someone's here from 8.30 to 5.30). Had to reorganise for next day!
