I use parcel monkey all the time they never let me down so overall excellent service and great value.

Pick up booked for monday was eventually picked up Thursday after telephoning every day. Delivery was made on following monday not overnight

Arranged collection fr work, despite having given 3 tel. no's the driver didn't contact me on arrival, hd 2 drop at depot myself 2 days late
