Our Response: I am sorry about this. Tracking shows the item collected and then no movement so we will investigate further and get back to you. Once again on behalf of the courier concerned I am sorry your item looks to have gone missing in their network

The label is to aid you in terms of multiple collections and also acts as back up should the drivers label come off in transit to the depot.

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.
PM1520826 more than 2 weeks to collect what should have been a next day collection with 48hr delivery, only after I went direct to courier
