Our Response: If you book with anyone else you have exactly the same chance of an item getting damaged. We are the online service provider not the courier.

My parcel arrived safe 7.30pm on day I expected delivery. More info about the arrival time would be helpful. Friendly and as promised though

Had to reschedule collection, as the CityLink driver would not wait from someone to go into another room and bring out the package.
