Fast and efficient

The collection has not happened. I am meant to leave the country and they would not find a replacement for a Saturday collection through other services. The timeframe of 8am-6pm during week days could not be shortened to at least allow a friend to be there while I am away in that slot of time. They could not provide the details of the failed collection because they do not have contact with the drivers. What kind of service is this? If I did not ask the chat my dashboard still shows that the collection will happen today. Unreliable and nnhelpful

Just horrible service. They made appointments for collection twice but they never came. I got lots of problems because of their failure. I don’t recommend this service at all.

On the website, it said that the closest drop off was half a mile away. Going there, they said they havent been a drop-off for the last 3 years. The second closest also did not act as a drop-off. Then we went to the Fedex building in Slough. They only do domestic delivery. So after having made the payment, I had to go to Feltham which was 35 minutes away.

Paid for for parcel to be delivered within 3 days and took 9,and when it did arrive, it was minus some of the wrapping , it also had a big hole in the top of the box and as this was a gift, it did not look to good. I have always used parcel monkey but i may give another company try next time

It was deliverd or not at 0730 on Monday morning the gate was closed garage open dogs barking I was in kitchen I think the driver did not bother and then to chargeore for redelivery and. Be told 2 4 days with no tracking you think we have nothing else to do will not use again

Rubbish, no phone number to contact for issues 2 parcels sitting here for 7 days till I took them to EVRI shop myself. No collection made and on the top of that they emailed us saying the collection is been cancelled and thank you very much for letting us know I never cancelled any collection. so, yes, rubbish service.

Utterly awful service. Paid for a two day service from UK to Ireland - all details correct - after 14 days package remains undelivered. Parcelforce clearly want nothing to do with issue and fob me off to Parcel Monkey who are no help either and gave me a Spanish contact address to make contact with!!! Hopeless

At first I thought this company was really good, easy to use etc but be warned if anything goes wrong there is no telephone number to contact them and their live chat wasnt answered after 18 hrs. They have taken money from my account without my knowledge or permission - not impressed. Wont be using them again
