Good timely service. Website not very easy to navigate and understand. But, I would have appreciated an email with an official invoice once the parcel is collected.

Customer service is always good. Interface easy.
Small tip might be to improve the way address book feature work as its slightly clunky to manage - but no biggee.

Couple of clicks and everything booked.
Unfortunately the folks at parcel force had other ideas.
2 parcels collected, only 1 delivered. Fair enough Ill wait a couple of days to see if it turns up. Sent parcel force an email explaining everything, to receive a snotty reply you booked through a 3rd party, contact them.
On that same day a delivery attempt was made and card left, OK Ill get it tomorrow, which I did via a neighbour.
But wow, what a poor attempt at customer service, yes booked through parcel monkey, but collected by / and delivered by parcel force.
Sent them an equally snotty reply.

I sent the correct dimensions and paid £25 for a chair to be returned. They then said that my parcel was wrong and STOLE £77 more from my card. Do not use this company !!!

I firstly went to Evri to send my parcel but the online form filling put me in an unproductive "loop". Then I found Parcel Monkey, I completed the form with ease and found myself with Evri (so why couldnt they do that ?). The dispatch label could be a little more "flexible" when it comes to printing but I worked around that. The tracking was a little inconsistent, jumping from "stage 2" up to the knock at the door. In summary I am satisfied that their promise was fulfilled and my recipient was happy on the right day.

If one doesnt have the recipients tel number as i dont i could not proceed with the order so i put my number in and then somehow half of my adress appeared in the adress of where i was sending it!

Am extremely loyal to ParcelMonkey however further to their categoric refusal to help with a damaged consignment claim after being sent the supporting information requested, Can no longer recommend and feel nervous about using their services. The carriers themselves offered a resolution and were quite happy to assist.

Easy site to navigate, offered a Parcelforce option that didnt seem available directly from Parcelforce for one off shipments.
However, was supposed to take 5 days (UK to Berlin) but took 7.

The price and options are good to send parcels. I am using it to send gifts to my relatives.
I would be good if I can use the CN22 customs form instead of CN23.
Every time it has be collected from the customs depot. Why? Dont know, because everything is filled out correctly.
On the CN23 online form was not given the field weight to enter.
