This service provider is a cheat. On recommendation from Amazon I used them to return an unopened Amazon parcel. I provide dimension as stated on packaging and they quoted me £62+ with UPS. A week later they charged me extra £52+ with an excuse that the weight quoted was 46.04 KG whereas there “very accurate” laser technology weighted it as 48 KG and hence I have to pay £52+ for extra 1.96 KG. I didn’t get get that maths, all I can say is that they use all such excuse to make money … I gues cost of living is impacting such business and common man is sitting on shutload of free money …. buggers benefited on tax payers money during covid phase still want to cheat … they are cheaters will never use them again …

Appalling!!!!!!!!! do not use!!!!! Posted our item, had been lost and not delivered. No reason why, rubbish communication. No photo evidence or reason as to why it wasnt delivered. Then wanted £100 to return our item to us??/? We didnt even know why. Then an email to say it has been destroyed £500 of personal item lost/destroyed and now threatening emails because we refused to pay the £100 delivery

I am happy with the service received, interms of the pickup, but am confused about why the parcel was delivered to tge post office in Montego Bay, and not the recipient directly. Also why was the customs not added to the senders bill. Imagine sending someone a gift, for which they have to pay customs.
I would like some feedback.

My experience ( international delivery ) with parcel monkey uk has been very good . It was easy to book online and it was an affordable price. The parcel arrived in a week time and the tracking was available as well.

I sent a package that weighed 0.9 kg . They attempt to take further funds claiming different weights . Luckily for me I have evidence of the size and weight of the parcel . I wish I could leave less than 1 star **DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY **

Remember it is not worth paying shipping insurance. Unfortunately, the list of unwanted shipments that are not insurable in the event of damage is so long that almost anything can be found on it. But after describing the item for shipment it is advisable to pay the insurance !!!
