First time user so was a bit wary. Parcel sent to HK using Parcel Force. Sent on Tuesday arrived Friday. Tracking functionality good. Cant get better than that.

I returned some floor boards on the original pallet, securely tied. The items arrived broken. Based on the pictures, the courier probably dropped the pallet and it fell on the side. I had also paid the additional insurance. Yet the refuse any reimbursement claiming that the items were not sufficiently protected

We sent aparcel to Denmark on 21 March, on the 4th Apr it was still showing at the international hub, we are now having to send a repeat order to the customer free of charge, but using a different service providor. when we contacted PM did not get a satisfactory answer

Beware. All good until you try and claim, The insurance excluded almost everything, so dont think your insured, you not. I had two badly damaged parcels, they simply stuck to, they are prohibited goods, Dont just look at headlines, look at the small print to the small print. I think its misleading and have taken up with the Ombudsman, I wont let go. t isnt the first time, Avoid

10 days after picking up package, I receive an email saying the size of the parcel i gave was wrong and that an additional charge had been made. Checked bank account and right enough money had been taken from my account without any prior warning. Absolute disgrace.

Charged for incorrect weight and size twice so far and when asked for dimensions and weight they claim they cant tell you. Rediculous. AVOID

Website so easy to use printed off delivery label and customs form attached to parcel. Took to local post office was told just missed Thursday collection was collected on Friday delivered safely Easter confectionery intact at 12.30 pm on Wednesday.
