There is no contact phone number for you - ? - why ? - you are a business ! - you should have a support phone line not just a email support!

Our Response: You are able to contact our carriers direct using the numbers in your account once you book. If we had to pay for a dedicated telephone call centre, we'd not be able to give you the cheapest rates online!

With another courier I get the chance to print a trackable label. I like to see parcel delivery progress. No such process with you.

Our Response: With Parcel Monkey it's even easier - simply track the parcel using the receipt the driver gives you when it's collected.
