My order was registered to be picked up on a Wednesday, but was picked up on Thursday. It took a further 3 days to deliver item.Very poor.

I paid for next day delivery and have since found out it took Parcel Monkey 3 days to deliver it. I am furious.

It would be great if we could choose a time slots for pick ups ie. 9-12, 12-3 3-6 etc. as it is difficulty with kids to be in all day

Tracking number did not work, Courier then returned the parcel twice stating that the delivery address was incorrect (it wasn't).

Maybe not Parcel Monkey fault, but despite packing for hours, marking Fragile all over/ Handle with car etc, Courier delivered it smashed
