The purchase of the postage was great, easy and printing of the labels was good. The only thing that has let it down so far is the lack of tracking, I took it to the post office 8 days ago and cannot get any tracking updates, hopefully this will change soon.

No updates ever given. Just went from "updates may be delayed" to "delivered" after about a week - couldnt track parcel. Tax payable by recipient not clear when booking.

My parcel was not picked up on the day booked despite 48 hours notice. My parcel was paid for next day but this did not happen either and it arrived the day after! Will not use this service again!

Awful service and even worse customer experience. Parcel not collected, no refund or compensation offered on 3 occasions. I will not be drawn in by the cheap prices again, i would rather pay the extra and go direct to the couriers. At least they will do what they charge me for!

You told me my parcel could not be delivered because the address did not exist. This was a valid address I had successfully sent parcels to in the past. What had actually happened was that the recipient did not hear the courier ringing his phone from his locked front gate (which is far from the house). The recipient later noticed the missed calls and contacted the courier, so the parcel was delivered 2 days later. The delivery was shown on the tracker, but I have not received the promised update from your support line.

Im having a very hard time now with my parcel ,the are very incompetent,useless staff they dont know what they doing,still waiting 4 days now for my parcel to be returned to me to send it back with Courier , the are bully you cant call them because they know that they are not professional,i really regret that I have used them, think twice before you ship with them . im lost and depressed nothing I can do no parcel shipped no money back £140 they are playing with me . I contacted NORSK GLOBAL about my parcel they told me they havent received any update from parcel monkey team think twice before you use this {company}

I was a little uncertain about using this service as I was new to this. I need not have worried. The options I had in who the carrier was and the cost was very clearly laid out. I received emails to confirm my choice and a label to print and stuck on the parcel. Another email from the carrier DHL who confirmed receipt and then a time slot on the morning they were picking up. Driver was on time and I got further tracking to confirm delivered. I could not be more pleased with this service. Brilliant and easy even for and old crock like me! Will definately use them again. Absolutely marvellous.

I arranged for DX next Day delivery. Now 3 days later and the parcel has still not been collected. To make matters worse, continually fobbed off with the online service and then even the audacity to say that they are not a courier service and just a price comparison site for parcel delivery. If they take your money then they should sort out issues instead of trying to behind just being a comparison site. Shocking!

PLEASE BEWARE OF USING THIS COMPANY!!!! Deal with the companys direct they are advertising. It is important you dont use a third party.. If you have any issues they only contact is email and no direct telephone number.. Very hard to resolve any problems!!! Ive only used them once and Ill never use again... DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS I DID!! They collected my item to take back to manufacture and the item In question was damaged so the manufacture wouldnt expect it back.. Ive tried to resolve the matter with parcel monkey due to paying the extra for insurance cover as it was quite expensive.. They have refused to reimburse me for my losses and Im in the process of taking the matter further.. we have a thing called consumer rights act and they had a duty of skill and care when taking and handing the item.. The have not complyed with the law at all!! Due to not being happy with the resolution Ive asked to see there adr scheme which means a third party comes in to play to make sure I get the right resolution.. they have ignored all this and now disposed of the item so Ive lost everything... I cant stress to you all enough, PLEASE DONT use these and fall into the same situation as I did.. And just to add, Im not surprised its was damaged when I stated its was 40kg and one person came to collect.. we all know hse recommend 25kg per person in manual handing.. The courier couldnt lift on his own as it was arkward to lift, some passer by helped after he struggled as I couldnt help due to being at work..

Our parcel was delivered to the wrong address in a completely wrong city and signed for. Parcelmonkey will not compensate us as apparently a toilet frame and push plate is on the list of items that shouldnt be sent, although it is not itemized anywhere. This has been going on for weeks now, just stalling until they have said NO REFUND. JUST DONT USE THEM, THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY AND BAD TO DO BUSINESS WITH One really peeeeeeeeed off customer

Parcel Monkey did a very good job in delivering the small package, which was a gift for my mother who lives in France but Id ask them to add some sort of notice warning that EU Tax & Duties will be charged against an estimated value of the package.
I sent a number of pre-read books and put a nominal value against them, for which EU Duty & Taxes were levied to the tune of €38.
I should have checked it out but just assumed the insurance value wouldnt be used as a duty & tax calculator.

Where shall I start.. I arrange for important documents to be sent from the UK to Israel with Parcel Monkey. The delivery time quoted and paid for was 2-4 days. The documents were collected on the 12th of April and have been delivered today 10 days later. Given the importance of the documents I was in contact with Parcel Monkey to ascertain the location of them. Things you should know: 1. I contacted Parcel Monkey at least 10 times. Not once did I receive an actual update in regards to the status/location of the parcel. Their customer service is non existent and is only available on a live chat. All they sent me in response to any concerns I had was a copy of the live chat and a review survey after each live chat. Customer service is non existent. 2. When I asked if the parcel could be lost. They were unable to provide any tracking information within the 10 day period (even on the live chat). 3. I asked them why the parcel would not be delivered after 10 days and they stated due to COVID delays are inevitable. Whats dishonest in regards to this is... Parcel Monkey set the deliver times on their website. Why are Parcel Monkey quoting and charging for a 2-4 day delivery service if they know delays are inevitable. I could of sent the documents via Royal Mail for a fraction of the price if I wanted a 10 day delivery. This leaves me of the opinion that: A. The customer service representative was using COVID as an excuse. B. If its was not an excuse and Parcel Monkey have experienced inevitable delays over the last year they need to update their website to advise of this. Quoting 2-4 days delivery when its inevitable that it wont happen is dishonest. Ive given 2 stars because the documents actually turned up. However, my experience with Parcel Monkey has demonstrated that they cant meet their delivery times quoted, they are dishonest in regards to the reasons they provide/delivery times on their website. I would not use again and would rather use a dedicated carrier rather than a middle man who provide no meaningful communication/customer service and are dishonest about reasons for delays OR the time frames they can deliver parcels within.

Parcels weren’t collected by the courier and when I enquired I was told because it had been longer than 5 days I’d have to cancel and rebook. Poor customer service. I’m about to start the cancellation process, and rebook with someone else.

The parcel had to be picked up from a local agent, not delivered to the addressee. I had filled out the customs declaration correctly, but was still charged almost 30 euros. It would be useful to have a contact number for queries with exporting itemd

I arranged through Parcel Monkey for 5 parcels to be collected from an office on 1st April, each with different contents and to be delivered to 5 separate residential addresses - and paid for express delivery before 9am. Well it is over 2 weeks since then and not 1 of my parcels has been delivered to the correct address. Infact, despite each box having the correct label attached, they attached the wrong courier label to each box on collection, meaning that all 5 of my boxes are in the wrong location. It is 2 weeks on and I have been offered no resolution and no apology. Absolute joke avoid at all costs unless.

Had to send a parcel to Europe for a refund. Parcel monkey had a template that pre filled in all the information needed for customs etc.
Made it MUCH easier to get the parcel off and sorted.
Great price too.

Absolutely disgraceful service. Booked a shipment it wasnt collected. Message customer service team, they very casually said sorry and said weve rebooked it. Messaged them 2-3 times that I am still not seeing any tracking details on the rebooking, please check that its been done properly. Again received a very casual reply saying "Rest assured it will be collected tomorrow" And surprise surprise, it wasnt collected the next day. Again messaged customer service to tell them basically they cant even do there job properly. Not even an out of way apology for the disgraceful service. Just a one line answer, sorry for the inconvenience, its been rebooked again. Like this is normal for them. Pathetic service. At this point, couldnt trust the team anymore and rebooked parcel again. Ive been asking for complaints procedure and they dont provide me with a proper complaints email or contact. Staff asking me to raise another message ticket and address it to Manager, so basically, the customer service team themselves are going to handle my complaints. What a load of non sense.
