Used it twice, no issue, happy with serivce (will use again). Suggestion small 1/2k or 3kg item should be cheaper price compare to 19K

On 4/11/11 I booked 2 next day deliveries to be collected for 7/11/11 and 8/11/11. 7/11 not delivered yet. 8/11 not collected yet!
