I paid for next day delivery and it didn't arrive at the destination next day! There was no reason for this - the office was manned all day

Final payment for courier was more than double the original quote, completely misleading. Courier was atrocious as parcel arrived damaged.

Parcel monkey service great, Courier let them down they called to a business premises at 8:15PM

I paid for a saturday delivery. The goods were on the van out for delivery on saturday but weren't delivered. They were delivered on Monday.
