Whether I start with Quote or UK Parcels, it asks for collection and delivery postcodes. Why can't I choose addresses from dropdown lists?

The parcel was collected, and arrived on time. But it was in bad condition, it was a long cardboard box with plastic strapping & packed well

Our Response: Please check the prohibited items list before booking, they serve not only to stop dangerous goods but also advise against sending items unsuitable for carriage with a courier service.
