I really like Marcel Monkey, my first port of call for parcels either Sending or Collecting. I cant think how I might improve it as it works perfectly for me.

Sent a letter from UK to Cyprus. Size and weight correct at time of booking. Paid £23.67 for the item to be sent, 2 pieces of paper in a A4 envelope. Item took to DPD drop off point. Letter still has not been delivered to addressee in Cyprus. This letter has been travelling for nearly 2 weeks. Parcel Monkey are charging me an additional £5.67 for additional charges. Not sure what for I have wrote to parcel monkey and no positive answers. Would not use again.

I booked and paid for Global priority for a parcel to Norway have just realised the label was for Global economy which is taking forever. I’ve just checked my booking and it definitely states Global priority . Not happy . Regards Faye Lamb

Paid for 24 hr service which didn’t happen 48 hrs they attempted delivery but no one was home because there tracking service didn’t up date received my parcel 3days later because it was weekend, tried to claim a refund which they declined because I didn’t opt to have my 24 hr service guaranteed so all in all quite a misleading and poor service which I won’t be using again.

Processed my parcel return via UPS. Heard nothing, when I called I was told I would have to pay extra for collection. When booking, it asked for collection address. An additional £5.00 to be picked up from house, utterly ridiculous ????

I use parcel monkey through my work on a regular basis.
Once I built an understanding on which company was most reliable, I’ve had an overall positive experience.
They are generally good at having the couriers arrive on time and our regular courier is lovely and kind.
One frustrating issue on the system is not being able to add long addresses as there is a limit count.

Parcel Monkey are an untrustworthy organisation. It has been 10 weeks since they failed to deliver my parcel. Every single day I have emailed for a refund and still get the same response, we are looking into this. They have no intention of refunding me. DO NOT USE this company

The parcel monkey side of my order was fine and their web site and ordering system worked smoothly and easily. My order was for a next day delivery, if booked into the couriers collection system before 13:00, which it was and their tracking site confirmed this. The order in fact took 6 days to deliver, sitting in a depot for most of that time.

At 3pm on Thursday 12th April I needed to send a parcel. Parcel Monkey offered Express service and to arrive by 9am next day (within UK). I enquired was it definite and was told as long as dropped off in plenty of time service was good to go. I dropped parcel at local post office on same day (12th) at16:10 hrs, checked it would be collected that night and was told yes, sometime between 16:45 and 17:00. Next day, 13th, kept watching tracker, no updates, tried to contact Parcel Monkey which is difficult in itself. They finally replied saying they would have to contact Parcel Force direct. Nothing back from them all day. Then the company i was sending to advised me the parcel was delivered Friday morning (14th), 24 hours late. I contacted Parcel Monkey for refund who just keep saying it wasnt collected in time, no refund, wasnt a guaranteed service, no refund. Ive tried appealling but all i get back is it was not a guaranteed service - then why did i pay enhanced money!!! Never use again!!!

I wanted a set of parcels delivered by 12noon the next day. One of the specific results for this was DPD. Once the parcel went out, it was not attempted delivery before noon. They attempted delivery the next day... Again, not before noon! Dont bring that option up when searching for before noon delivery if it is not before noon!
