I love Parcel Monkey! Nice simple, clear system. Put in basic details, brings up a huge range of quotes from lots of different couriers. Easy ro choose, tracking labels come through quickly and prices are very good! I use you rather than going to any of them individually. Better prices than via ebay, better prices than Packlink usually as well. I trust your service. Thanks :)

The service I booked was for drop off locally as I was going away and needed to drop it on the way. The drop off point offered was close by so perfect although he service was twice the price of collection. The drop off point could not take it as the system wouldnt allow. We dropped the parcel with a friend to delivery to the depot the next morning, a 50 mile round trip away. When they got there they were told that it could not be dropped off it had to be collected! The depot arranged for collection and it was race to be back in time to meet the van. Finally it was collected and the parcel arrived at the destination so they get 2 stars for the delivery. everything else a nightmare. First and last time I will use Parcel Monkey.

Parcel couldnt be scanned in so had to book for collection, then no one bothered to collect it either. Total waste of time chasing this up constantly, item wont be delivered in time now either thanks to these guys.

Unfortunately I cannot give them 0. Used them to ship a parcel to Italy. They (or the courier they chose) made a mistake in the documentation needed and I was left to pay €130 in import duties (I had shipped personal effects). When contacted (only via chat, no phone of course) they simply said that after checking everything was fine. That was despite me showing them the document with the error. Do not use them!

Reliable and efficient.
Customer service is always good. Interface easy.
Small tip might be to improve the way address book feature work as its slightly clunky to manage - but no biggee.
