the drivers who collects parcels from swansea depot does a great job and is very helpful

the only negative comment i have is that i have had to wait nearly 1 hour for the label to be sent to my email address, needs to be instant.

if you know a parcel is not being collected let the customer know,2 days no collections lost out to another courier £900 spent this year already
