Usually very good at picking up parcels ontime, but a few weeks ago, driver didnt turn up for 3 days !!! Other than that im very happy :0)

The collection service is excellent, would prefer a save function for addresses when ordering, not outside of at address book

I am very satisfied except that the Track & Trace is completely hopeless. I can't track my parcel at all. This is the only gripe.

Very Poor never turned up twice to collect parcels for next day del, phoned Courier man said would look into i promised get back never did
