Very poor. Despite informing the driver of fragile package & making it clear on the parcel, items still arrived broken. WILL NOT USE AGAIN

Our Response: Please check our prohibited items list before booking - glass has associated warnings. Parcels are handled at depots mechanically so fragile notices are not enough to ensure safe carriage.
