When customer filling address just need to put the postcode in to get full address so it would be quicker for customers,other than that ok

Pick up was fine but delivery took much longer than expected due to problems at customs. Not sure why as we included the right paperwork.

too 5 days to deliver on a 48hr delivery. And you couldnt track the parcel....and... you maintained it hadnt been collected.
