Very poor. Took nearly 12hrs to get the shipping label, no appoligies offered. No response to my complaint. Very poor customer service.

I have just started using parcel monkey and after 11 deliveries NO problems. I left Hermes after 1 in 5 parcels damaged..KEEP UP GOOD WORK!!
