service worked OK, but I asked for 11:30 - 14:30 pickup but at 14:00 I got an email saying pickup was missed!

3 days to reponds to an urgent query, and even then the reponse was weak. No thanks.

I am very unhappy with the service, my package was damaged in transit and I have put in a claim over 2 months ago, but have not heard back

i think the extra receipt we have to print out is a waste of time & paper, as UPS dont do it, & driver dont like it either.
