I wanted to go with City Link because my driver who delivers to me is a star! Graham Vinnicombe talked me through the whole process.

The collection was not collected on the arranged day! I had to call the courier a few times-it was then picked up the next day

Nothing special - Problem: When you get quote site doesn't take postcode at the start so offers unsuitable services.

Don't say it's 24hr when it's not! Ie, have a 24hr pick up on a Friday but not deliver till Monday, it should state that 24hr doesn't count
