Your policy on claims for broken goods is ridiculous - lets a good service down.

Parcels do not get collected on the day of collections, we pay for next day delivery - often are longer than that.

Excellent service, only recommendation would be to be able to input decimal values of weight for all weights such as 12.4kg etc. Great price

Everything was good. The mandatory field for mobile phone number of the recipient, in these cases large companies, should not be mandatory.
