Didnt collect on allocated day so had to inform my customers, then didnt collect 2 days later. Had to call to arrange pickup.:-(

deffinatley would've liked a preferred pick up time. had to take a day off work because did not know when the pick up was.

sevice was great only problem is labels takes to long to come through for printing.had to wait till the morning to print them.

three parcels to collect, had to wait in for three full days as not collected when promised! very unhappy indeed!! I lost business!!!

i requested pick-up time bet 11:30 & 2:30. At 3:30 I rang and was informed it would be collected at 4pm. It was collected at 4:40pm
