Got a msg saying I'd 'missed' my collection (we're an office so someone's here from 8.30 to 5.30). Had to reorganise for next day!

Waited all day for parcel to be collected only for Courier not to turn up. Had to rebook for next day and still had to chase Courier up at 5pm!!
