Next Day Service doesn't guarantee delivery next day. Only refund if 6 days late! Wow - misrepresentation I think.

Our Response: Sorry to hear your item was delivered late. Unfortunately this can occasionally happen although as you'll see from our other reviews, all of our carriers have an outstanding service level. We do offer a guaranteed service for a little extra where you can get your money back if it's delivered late.
