Parcel Monkey are great,Courier keep shashing my parcels up,they are very well packed and covered in FRAGILE tape,im losing work

Our Response: I'm really sorry to hear you've been experiencing damage to your items. Unfortunately courier services are not the best way to send fragile items. Please take extra care to read our packaging guidelines when you check out to avoid instances like this. Unfortunately 'Fragile' tape is somewhat limited in it's usefullness as all carriers use machines rather than humans to sort parcels at depots and hubs.

You said to print 2 customs forms, but driver didn't need it, instead a 2nd label. Filled in customs form properly but pack held up in Korea
