Having problems with collection. It happened thrice in the last couple of weeks.

I was not in but driver called me and was very helpful. Neighbour signed - he left parcels in safe place. Very happy.

Order placed 31/8 for collect 2/11 stayed in ALL day not collected. Finally collected 5/9 delivered 8/9 Hardly next day! Deserve a refund!
