For the th time in a row, no collection was made

I put TN instead of TS as post code on 1 consignment. My fault, but Courier took 12 days to re-direct and I spent ages chasing up.

Waited in all day for pickuo which came at 17:10. An indication of morning or afternoon at least should be given when booking.

Threre was no tracking service available through DHL. Also difficult to make contact. No tel number. Email assistance was no good.
