When using "Courier" your driver always fails to turn up. It's most probably at the end of his day and he cannot be bothered!!!

The parcelforce man asked about a barcode but I only had a label to print off. He took the parcel anyway.

no one responds to e-mails. i cant book in by 10:00 am and no-one can tell me why. also, no search for address using postcode is a bit dull
