Parcel monkey was fine. Courier, however, were not. Didn't turn up but said the had x2 and impossible to get in contact with a human!!

Good service overall but parcel goes thrgh unnecessary stages from ldn to amsterdam ,to germany to midlands airport uk when it cld go direct

We requested a collection for next day adn the parcel was collected 3 days later, after i had to chase chase and chase.
