When I use the EBAY service the address book feature doesn't work so I've to enter my address everytime. Works fine on the normal login.

Our Response: Unfortunately we would not be able to keep our prices so low if we had to cover the cost of a telephone call centre. Our ticket system is cost effective and ensures all queries are answered as accurately as possible.
