Improvements to customer service are required asap. Messaging service not really adequate-cannot get immediate answers to queries.

For the money its a good service, about 1 in 5 parcels are not collected 1st time and it would be good to be able to contact you by phone

You offer collection times, but never seem to adhere to the ones chosen. Could be a problem.

Abolish the 'collection signature sheet' it uses masses of paper and I have to change my paper type every 5 minutes. Apart from that 100%FAB
