Lots of the pottery was smashed, although I asked for a Fragile sticker to be put on by the driver. I am now in dispute with the customer.

Our Response: Please ensure you read our prohibited items list before you send your parcels. The list is there not only to stop hazardous goods being shipped but also to ensure unsuitable goods (eg. pottery) are not sent via a courier service. Fragile stickers are not enough as parcels are handled by machines at depots without any human involvement.
