One feature I discovered with another carrier is they are able to text a delivery time within an hour. Can't recall which one but v helpful

Its far eaiser to have a postcode checker, rather than manually insert each address, for this reason most of my parcels are sent via DHL

would be a better aain service if were told if pick up was AM or PM as have to stay in from 8 til 5 at moment for collection
