I think most customers would pay a little extra to insure against damage for china and glass. Otherwise the service is great.

Courier never came to collect the parcel....I had to drive it to their depot 10 miles away !!! so cost the same as royal mail in the end!!

Some international carriers just don't need the paperwork that is stated needs to be printed off, i.e 3x invoices that i filled in by hand.
