i HAD A GUY CALLED TONY BEFORE, ALWAYS ON TIME, NOW HE`S GONE AND THE SERVICE ITS VERY POOR. ALSO VERY EXPENSIVE, NOT MACING THE COMPETITOR

It would have been handy to be given a collection time i.e. morning or afternoon as the parcel was collected at 5pm and therefore we waited
