WE SEND CERAMIC TILES- WE PUT FRAGILE ON OUR ORDER- AND STILL WE ARE GETTING COMPLAINTS OF BROKEN TILES

Our Response: Unfortunately due to the fragile nature of ceramics, we do not cover them for damages. Parcels are sorted by automated machines at depots, so it's important that you check the prohibited items list that you agree to before checkout.
