But failed to pick up twice on the scheduled day in the last four orders so I think twice about using PM now.. City Link were the carrier

My only criticism is that when I booked the collection, there was no confirmation of the day the parcel would be collected.

We are very happy with the service but feel that you could limit the collect time to three hour slots instead of all day?
