Difficult to reorganise delivery when not collected the first time

CAME WHEN YOU SAID YOU WOULD, DELIVERY WAS SWIFT AND PROBLEM FREE AND THE PRICE WAS COMPETITIVE - CANNOT IMPROVE ON THAT.

There was initially an error on the pickup date but after a phone call this was resolved. Overall i was impressed with the service.

Your hours of service are not stated i.e. 09.30 to 17.30. My parcel was picked up at 15.15 and not 13.15 as told. Not happy!
