Very quick and easy to get a list of prices together. My collection and delivery went really well despite not being particularly hopeful (I read reviews about Parcel Monkey after booking foolishly, and I chose the cheapest Parcel Force option, against my better judgement - but there were limited cheaper options and it got a lot more expensive quickly, particularly with other couriers). This of course moves on to a review of Parcel Force too but I have to say, the delivery guy who turned up was very careful and I saw the pictures at the other end and they got there seemingly in one piece. So overall I had a great experience so I would recommend at this stage. For me, its never about the fact things go wrong because they do, the mark of a good company is how its dealt with but fortunately, all was well.
