Just to be straight about 3 stars: parcelmonkey is a great website with superb customer service and very competitive prices. I have given only 3 stars because you cannot download shipping labels immediately and they do not email you invoices (you have to download them yourself). I recommend parcel monkey to every one, but for the heavy business users who need stuff going to print in the very same moment using the website is bit painful - waiting 10+ min for the shipping labels is way to long!
