Once your booking is complete, we'll email you a shipping label to print and attach to your parcel, so please ensure you have access to a printer before booking this service.
Individual parcels can weigh up to 30kg. Parcels can be up to 1.35 metres in length and the length and girth combined should not exceed 3 metres.

This is a difficult one because i liked how Parcel Monkey UK worked but then when i picked Parcel Force and paid for a collection service, they never arrived (they lied and said they did) and will not refund me for what i paid for said collection (£12.95). so unlikely to use the service again as feel completely ripped off. I had to take it to the depot myself
