There are thirteen Post Office branches in and around Chippenham including the ones on Market Place, New Road and Redland. There are also branches farther out at Hungerdown, Derry Hill, Lacock, Corhsam, Yatton Keynell, Christian Malford, Shaw, Calne, Hawthorn and Atoworth. It is worth bearing in mind that some of these Post Office branches in rural communities may close for an hour during lunchtime. Parcel Monkey themselves were fine, however the two collections Ive ordered through them for DHL have been terrible. The first took 3 attempts for collection - they couldnt find the house on the first attempt (its not difficult to fine but I received no phone call for directions despite them having my telephone number), the second attempt the next day similarly failed in that apparently there was nobody at home (despite me waiting in all day). Collection was finally made on the third attempt on day 3. I put this down to bad luck and tried another collection with DHL, also dreadful but an improvement in that it only took two attempts over 2 days for collection!
