The last three times I have used you to book parcel monkey. They have be 2 to treat day late. 2 on delivery stuck at the Birmingham. Depo. 1 a day late being deliverd. When the try to send a messageneral to you on my phone app. It alow me to ener the information. But there is no provision to actually send it .communication with you Id crap. Every thin is fine until it goes wrong then there in no way to contact you. And when I have in the past you have not responded. Even when I am logged in.
