To the north of the city, in the Kerseley End suburb we have a Parcelforce depot which is convenient for people commuting to and from work along the A444 from the M6 junction 3 direction. This depot has extended opening hours which will be advantage for those people that work within the city as they can either drop their parcel off at 8am or as late as 7pm in the week as they travel into the city. This service is open to customers who are both sending parcels within the UK as well as those to foreign countries. If you are sending abroad and wish to have your parcel shipped by Parcelforce you also have the option to drop-off your parcel at one of many Post Offices around the city, including the Post office in the main shopping precinct, one on Corporation Street, as well as others positioned on the outer edge of the ring road including the Maudslay Road, on Warwick Road, on Daventry Road, Humber Road, Walsgrave Road, Hillfileds and Upper Stoke.

Not happy with the service this time I dont usually have any problems sending parcels to Canada, but this time there was an additional charge of $95 which had to be paid by the recipient for import taxes and handling, before the parcel was released for delivery. I tried contacting Parcel Monkey to ask why it wasnt made clear, or why a private recipient was being charged, but I have yet to receive a reply .
Over used Parcel Monkey a few times to shop to Chile and Mexico. Its always arrived but sometimes its been held up in customs in the receiving country. This is out of the control of the courier. Its the most competitive shipping site Ive found for international shipping and the cheaper Air Express service had always been through DHL. So it would make sense to always use this company.

What can I say "The Best" by a million miles no one comes close. I had never heard of this company before i use it for the first time. some of the so called big companies should take a look at them selves, not only was the website easy to use but also was the cheapest by over £40.
