For customers who have purchased a delivery by Parcelforce, be it sending a parcel abroad or within the UK, then you either have the option in the booking process of electing to have it collected on a given day from your home or a work address, or dropping it off at the local depot. This can be found about 4 miles from the centre of the city, just off the A34 Liverpool Road as you drive north through Cross Heath where you can turn left on to Brymbo Road by Allied Bakeries just as you drive past the Wolstanton Golf Course.
If you have booked an international delivery by Parcelforce, you also have the option to drop-off your parcel off at one of the many Post Offices in and around the city. This may be an option if you work and do not wish to wait in all day for a collection. When you book this option put in your home post code and we will show you the Post Offices around you were you can drop off. Alternatively if you do work in Stoke you can locate a Post Office near to your office or place of work and drop it off when you get a break.
