By far the greater number of customers who book their courier services online with us opt to have the courier collect from them. Essentially you choose a date for collection and during that day the courier will turn up and collect the parcel from you. No issues and first class service transporting two bikes and a wheel to the mainland from Northern Ireland... only reason I marked it down a star is there is a lack of phone support which in my mind would rate the a 5 star plus company if it provided phone support!

ParcelMonkey does it again. Important parcel to a relative on Australia - arrived safely and cheaper than mail. Very easy-to-use website. Dont generally get on very well with comparison sites but this one is excellent.
