Customers in Belfast have a range of options if they specifically need to drop their parcel off at a depot, rather than waiting for the courier to collect it from them. If you are sending a parcel within Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, the UK, and Europe or anywhere in the world (where we service) then you can drop your parcel off at the depot near to the North Sea Ferries port on the Harbour Industrial Estate. If you are sending your parcel abroad then you have the option of booking your parcel's delivery online with us and then dropping it off at any of the fifty Post Offices within 4.4 miles of the city centre. The list of available Post Offices includes the ones on Howard Street, Bridge Street, Botanic Avenue, Peters Hill and Donegal Road. The list of ones closest to you will be available during the booking process.
Out of the city, towards Antrim along the A55, A52 and A26 you can find the City Link depot which can be found just on the other side of Nutt's Corner on Tully Road. If you cannot be available during the day for collection and the parcel is to be delivered within the UK then you could use this depot as it is open from 8am to 7pm Monday to Friday.
If you did need a 24/7 courier option then you could use the ByBox locker which is located at the Sainsbury's by the Airport. This is available for customers sending parcels within the UK and necessitates the use of a locker by the recipient. During the booking process we will show a list of lockers near to them and you can select which to use.
